Glutes and Guns Routine

Say hello to a sculpted backside and goodbye to flabby arms!

Want to work both your glutes and guns so you have sculpted legs and arms? You can do it all in just one workout! Targeting both areas at once makes the most of your time and ensures you are evenly toned. Plus, you are essentially working your gut along with your glutes and guns since everything focuses on the use of your core to have correct form in each move. Get summer ready!

For this toning workout you will need a set of dumbbells. Just doing the routine once will be great for you, but for the full effect I suggest trying to complete two rounds.
