This is one sizzling hot plate!
Craving fajitas? Make them at home in under 30 minutes with this sheet pan shrimp recipe!
I truly enjoy cooking, but I also have a really busy schedule. Instead of ordering in or picking up fast food my go-to is sheet pan dinners. Just throw a few ingredients on a pan and pop it in the oven! So easy, so fast and so little clean up after. Plus, you can get super creative with them.
I put together a colorful tray of shrimp fajitas that is a feast for the whole family! I used fresh shrimp and veggies with a homemade fajita seasoning. Start by slicing the bell peppers and onion. Peel the shrimp if needed (and make sure it isn’t frozen). Arrange all on to a greased or non-stick pan. Coat with the oil and lime, then sprinkle with the seasonings.
For homemade fajita seasoning use cumin, chili, paprika and garlic powder. Then top with some fresh chopped cilantro. Stir and spread evenly around the pan.
Bake the sheet pan shrimp fajitas at 425F for 15 minutes. Test that the shrimp is fully cooked before removing.
Sizzling shrimp is served! Just load up a tortilla and enjoy the authentic taste of a Mexican restaurant right in the comfort of your own kitchen!
