Cardio & Combos Toning Routine

There’s no better workout than a cardio one that incorporates combo toning moves too!

Too often I hear people say the main reason they don’t workout it due to lack of time. That’s why one of my favorite workouts to offer is a full body sculpting routine that includes cardio too. The best way to achieve this is with combo exercises. I personally love them because I feel like I am getting the most I can out of each move since I’m engaging multiple muscle groups at once. It’s more of a challenge than just doing each move separately on it’s own too. The real benefit is that you are getting in a complete workout in a shorter amount of time!

For this particular cardio and toning workout you will need a set of dumbbells for a few of the moves. Just doing the routine once will be great for you, but for the full effect I suggest trying to complete two rounds.

Routine breakdown:

– Deadlift with Upward Dumbbell Row x 20

– Squat Shuffle with Jump Squats x 20

– Curtsy Lunge with Bicep Curl x 10 R/L

– Squat with Alternating Toe Touch to Rear Lunge x 10 R/L

– Inchworm Push-Ups to Squat Jump x 10

– Curtsy Lunge to Standing Alternating Cross Crunch x 10 R/L
