This is one fiery fish recipe!
Fish is a wonderful way to have a lighter meal in the evenings that can, for the most part, be prepped and cooked in under 30 minutes. A huge plus with any type of fish is that you hardly have to season it and you will still end up with a tasty meal. However, it’s always fun to dress it up a little!
I put together this recipe as an experiment and it turned out to be delicious. I had a can of chipotle peppers and some greek yogurt that I combined into a cream sauce. Do NOT use an entire can of peppers- these things are intense! This can easily be used over chicken or something else instead, but I chose to pour it over salmon.
First prep the sauce. Chop up the chipotle peppers and put them in a bowl with the greek yogurt. Add in the lime and seasonings.
Next place the salmon on a cooking tray with foil. Pour the sauce over the fish until it is fully coated. Broil in the oven for about 16-20 minutes.
Remove the salmon and serve hot! Literally, this fish is hot hot hot! If you love food with a kick then this sauce is just what you need.
