Matcha Chocolate Nut Pancake Squares

Pancake squares loaded with chocolate and nuts and matcha powder.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup pistachios
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine the wet ingredients in a bowl and then slowly mix in the sugar, salt, baking powder, matcha and flour.
  • Preheat the oven to 350. Grease a pan and then pour the batter in. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Check with a toothpick to make sure it is fully cooked before removing from the oven. Once ready serve hot!

Notes

I chose to bake mine with gluten-free (almond) flour and almond milk.
