Strawberry Power-O's Protein Bars

Cereal bars made with Power-O's, peanut butter, honey, marcona almonds, pumpkin seeds, goji berries and cocoa chia granola.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups power-o's (or other type of cheerios)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup granola cocoa chia
  • 1/4 cup almonds marcona
  • 2 tbsp goji berries
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 4 tbsp Shakeology strawberry

Instructions
 

  • Heat the peanut butter and honey on low over the stove for a few minutes. Make sure to stir continuously so it does not stick or burn. Once melted remove from heat.
  • Pour all of the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl. Drizzle the hot mixture on top and stir all together until evenly distributed.
  • Spoon the cereal blend on to some parchment and form into a flattened rectangle or square. Make sure to push it together from the edges towards the center and press down to ensure it all sticks together.
  • Set aside to cool for an hour. Once formed you can cut into bars. These can be stored in the fridge.

Notes

These can be made without the Shakeology. It will not affect the recipe, but it definitely adds to it!
