homemade chicken and bacon waffles

Chicken Bacon Waffles

Waffles filled with chicken and bacon pieces.

Servings 3 large waffles

Ingredients
  

  • 2 strips bacon
  • 4 chicken breast strips boneless skinless
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour all purpose baking
  • 2 cups milk
  • 6 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • First place a few strips of bacon and some lightly oiled chicken strips on a greased or non-stick baking sheet. Bake at 400F for about 12 minutes.
  • Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and mix wet ingredients together in a separate bowl. Slowly stir the wet ingredients in to the dry.
  • Heat up the waffle maker and pour the batter in, a little at a time and cooking for about 3 minutes per waffle until completely gone. Serve up and get your nom on!

Notes

A gluten free flour of choice can be used.
