Bruschetta Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner

Chicken with cheese, basil and veggies baked on one pan.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 bunches basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Cutting the tomatoes and asparagus up is optional. Fresh onion and garlic can be used as well if preferred.
  • Arrange all on to coated or non-grease pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the seasonings. Place the cheese and then basil on top of the chicken. Sprinkle balsamic over everything.
  • Bake at 400F for 25 minutes. Remove and serve warm!
