Bruschetta Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner
Chicken with cheese, basil and veggies baked on one pan.

- 2 chicken breasts boneless skinless
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 bunches basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Cutting the tomatoes and asparagus up is optional. Fresh onion and garlic can be used as well if preferred.
Arrange all on to coated or non-grease pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the seasonings. Place the cheese and then basil on top of the chicken. Sprinkle balsamic over everything.
Bake at 400F for 25 minutes. Remove and serve warm!
