Ingredients

sweet potato
1
banana
2
tbsp
peanut butter
1/4
cup
raisin granola
2
tbsp
chia seeds
1/4
cup
blackberries
Instructions
Poke potato with a fork and then wrap in foil. Bake in the oven at 425F for about 45 minutes.
Unwrap and cut in half. Layer each with sliced bananas, chai seeds and the raisin granola. Drizzle with peanut butter to top it off!

PB2 can be used in place of natural peanut butter.
