  1. Heat up some oil in a pan and cook the chicken with some taco seasoning, cilantro and green chile sauce.
  2. Cube the larger veggies, then sauté all of the vegetables separately until almost done before combining with the chicken.
  3. Make the dressing separately by mixing some more of the green chile sauce with a little lime juice and ranch.
  4. Once the meat and vegetables are done remove from heat and toss with the lettuce. Pour the dressing on top and sprinkle on some cheese.
Recipe Notes

You can easily omit the chicken to keep this a vegetarian meal!
