Ingredients

sweet potato
medium

sausage
smoked

olive oil

onion powder

sea salt
Instructions
Peel and slice a russet and sweet potato. Cut into small strips. Slice the sausage links into thin rounds and then half them.
Heat some oil on the skillet and cook the potato slices for about 10 minutes. Toss in the sausage and cook for another five.
