Homemade breakfast bars with oats, dried fruit, pumpkin spice flavor cheerios and some nuts and seeds.

Instructions
  1. Put all the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Place dates in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Heat up the peanut butter, honey and coconut oil separately and stir until creamy. Pour over the bowl and mix together until fully coated.
  3. Line a baking sheet or pan with parchment paper. Spread the mixture out and flatten until all formed together.
  4. Freeze for 10 minutes and then cut into bars. Store in air tight container in the fridge.
