Peanut Butter Banana Shakeology Muffins
Banana oat muffins with peanut butter and greek yogurt, topped with a Shakeology frosting.

  1. Combine 1/2 cup greek yogurt with 1/2 cup peanut butter, the oats, bananas, eggs, honey, vanilla baking powder and salt in a mixer. Pulse until all is blended together.
  2. Pour into greased tins and bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Set muffins aside to cool while you whip up the frosting.
  3. Put 1 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 3 tbsp peanut butter, 1/2 scoop of Shakeology and a little flax seed powder into a mixer and stir until it forms a creamy texture. Spread on top of the muffins and store in the fridge!
Recipe Notes

You can use vanilla or chocolate Shakeology instead.
