greek yogurt

milk
hemp

hemp seeds

tsp
spirulina powder
Instructions
Prep the fruit toppings first and set aside.
Blend together avocado, greek yogurt, banana, milk and spirulina until smooth and then pour in a bowl. Top with the sliced fresh fruit and some hemp seeds.
Recipe Notes
I chose a vanilla flavor for my Greek yogurt, but plain works too!
