  1. Dice up the apple, garlic cloves and onion.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Use hands to form into multiple patties. Set aside in fridge and let chill for about half an hour.
  3. Heat oil in skillet and place in turkey patties. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side on medium heat.
  4. Remove when done.
