  1. Mix the eggs, vanilla, honey, almond flour and baking soda together in a bowl and then pour into greased donut pan. You should only fill about halfway.
  2. Bake at 300F for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Let cool completely before removing from tin. In this time you can make the glaze!
  4. In a small bowl whisk the powdered sugar, cinnamon, applesauce and water together. Start with one teaspoon at a time of the water, just until it thickens up to a nice glaze.
  5. Dip the donuts in to the glaze and then set on parchment. Allow some time for the glaze to set in before eating (at least 10 minutes).
