  1. Set the fruit aside and mix the batter by combining the butter, greek yogurt, sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Add in the dry ingredients and stir until blended.
  2. Peel and chop the pear. Throw it in along with some chocolate chips and chia seeds.
  3. Pour into muffin tins (either greased or with paper cups) and bake at 450 for about 15 minutes, give or take.
  4. Cool slightly then serve. Store the remaining in a container.
Recipe Notes

I chose to use gluten free flour (coconut) when I baked mine. My preferred greek yogurt of choice is the total 0% Fage brand.
