Instructions
  1. Chop up the apple and place in a bowl with the blueberries and almonds. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl combine the dry ingredients. Next add in the wet ingredients and stir. Once all mixed together you can include the fruit and nuts.
  3. Spray or grease the pan before pouring the mixture in. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and serve, or store in the fridge for eating later!
