Cook the chicken in a skillet with some oil and balsamic vinegar. While it cooks you can prep the dressing by combining some olive oil with balsamic vinegar and a dash of pepper.
Once chicken is ready slice into strips. Chop up the strawberries and apple.
Mix the greens with the chicken, fruit and nuts. Drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle the chia seeds over. Enjoy!
