Toned Arms Comboset Routine

You are less than 5 moves away from toned arms!

The quickest way to get toned arms is to grab a pair of dumbbells and do a few rounds of combo moves! No push ups required!

Ladies, lifting = sexy so grab some weights and tone it up! Just because you have dumbbells in your hand as you exercise does not mean you are going to get bulky. Seamlessly blending multiple combinations together in one workout creates nice, lean toning. Combo moves like these challenge your muscles as you flow through each rep. Plus you are probably not even aware that you are building up endurance as you go!

I can’t wait to try this. Been looking for simple combo exercises to tone that hits several muscle groups instead of following a complicated routine.
