20 Minute Legs & Glutes Routine

Ready to show off those sculpted legs?

Looking for a powerful lower body workout? I’ve got one for you that only takes 20 minutes and is extremely effective. Just using your body and no equipment can still give you an intense workout that perfectly tones your legs and builds your glute muscles.

At the beginning of every month for one year I did a health and/or fitness challenge in my Facebook group BODY CHALLENGE with Collette. The idea behind this group is to encourage people to get started on their path with exercise and nutrition. In a group setting you can be inspired by each other and gain support from others who have the same goal. There are no requirements at all- anyone can join at any time! It’s all about you vs. you in this group, while creating a supportive atmosphere to keep you motivated. Check it out and invite your friends!

My September challenge was focused on legs and glutes! This was a 5 day challenge that focused on lower body toning and involved a bit of plyometrics. The whole workout is made up of all bodyweight exercises.

Routine breakdown:

– Front & Back Lunges with Chair Pose x10
– Deep Front & Side Lunges x10 R/L
– Jump Squats & Lunges with Frogger x10 R/L
– Bridges with Leg Lift x10 R/L
– Donkey Leg Lifts, Pulses & Circles x10 R/L

    Like this workout! Pinning it! Even though I’ve been working out for years (HIIT and strength training), my legs have been very slow to show changes! They are the most stubborn part of my body, so naturally, they are what I try to work on most.

      Oh this routine will get you results for sure! I love HIIT and strength training, but most importantly building and toning my lower body!
