Always make the choice to fuel your body right!
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so don’t skip it. If you don’t have the time, then take it with you! I am always making smoothies and I usually try to pack them with as many nutrients as possible.
My favorite type of daily blend is a fruit and veggie smoothie. This one in particular has quite a few of both, plus some additional superfood powders to boost it up. It combines avocado and carrots with peaches, strawberries and bananas. I also added in some almond and vanilla protein powder, as well as maca and spirulina.
Blend it up and drink the benefits! The result is a creamy smoothie loaded with protein, superfoods and vitamins.
What protein powder are you adding in to your smoothies? My choice is a brand called Shakeology that has a variety of flavors. The best part about this additive is that it’s so much more than just a protein powder. It’s loaded with superfoods, vegetables and fruits!
