To build the perfect booty you have to focus on lifting, rounding and toning!
I recently got together with my future sisters for a girls weekend and they were all up for a workout. The request was a booty building routine of course. I put this together quickly with a few recommendations from the girls and it turned out to be a real glute buster! We had a blast doing it together but it was definitely brutal. It’s easier to bare the pain with others, so make sure to check out the video below so we can all endure it together! You will definitely get an accomplished feeling afterwards and love the results.
The routine is made up of 6 exercises that focus on toning your lower body. It is a very squat and lunge dominant routine, so be wary of that if you have bad knees. I felt sore just from one round, so going through this booty building workout twice will definitely have you feeling it!
– Squat to forward lunge & squat to back lunge (8 alternating)
– Side lunge w/ calf raise (10 each side)
– Windmill (10 each side)
– Low squat w/ back lunges (10 each side)
– Rainbow donkey (10 each side)
– Low donkey pulses (20 each side)

I remember the first time I did squats and the pain in the days that followed just because I was out of shape at the time! So I can imagine how effective your workout would be. If your bum isn’t perfect after a month of doing this, nothing will save it. Thanks for sharing.
