What can you do in less than half an hour?
I am all about spreading awareness for fitness! It’s completely doable to get in a REALLY good workout in 20 minutes or less. I try to reach others out there by posting routines and uploading videos, but I also decided to start doing free fitness sessions in a local park!
This past weekend I got together with some friends and set up in an area of Zilker park here in Austin. The atmosphere in this park is just right for gaining attention from people interested in fitness. I’ve only done this twice so far, but I hope to gain more and more attendees each time. The main purpose of the workouts I plan is to show just how gratifying a quick exercise circuit can be.
I came up with two slightly different routines this time and taught them an hour apart. Whether you were attending or couldn’t make it- I want to share these so you can do them on your own time! Both routines are 15 minutes total and each one is a mix of cardio and complete body sculpting. Exercise details are listed below the posted workouts, as well as links to watch a video to workout along with me!
