  1. Make sure shrimp is peeled and not frozen. Slice the bell peppers and onion.
  2. Arrange all on to greased or non-stick pan. Coat with the oil and lime, then sprinkle with the seasonings.
  3. Bake at 425F for 15 minutes.

For homemade fajita seasoning use cumin, chili, paprika and garlic.
