I truly enjoy cooking, but I also have a really busy schedule. Instead of ordering in or picking up fast food my go-to is sheet pan dinners. Just throw a few ingredients on a pan and pop it in the oven! So easy, so fast and so little clean up after. Plus, you can get super creative with them.

I put together a colorful tray of shrimp fajitas that is a feast for the whole family! I used fresh shrimp and veggies with a homemade fajita seasoning. Start by slicing the bell peppers and onion. Peel the shrimp if needed (and make sure it isn’t frozen).¬†Arrange all on to a greased or non-stick pan. Coat with the oil and lime, then sprinkle with¬†the seasonings.
