  1. Prep the carrots, peel and slice the garlic and red onion. Layer the veggie on a non stick pan.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dress the carrots with the fresh rosemary, garlic slivers and sliced red onion.
  3. Bake at 425F for about 15 minutes or so.
