  1. Cut the red cabbage into wedges and drizzle with the balsamic, some olive oil and the seasonings.
  2. Roast at 400F for 20 minutes. When it has less than 10 minutes left sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.
  3. Remove from oven and serve warm!
