Peach Goji Waffles

  1. Start by peeling and dicing the peach. Combine the milk, yogurt and honey in a bowl and whisk in the eggs.
  2. In a separate bowl sift together your gluten free flour of choice with the baking powder, sea salt and some goji powder. Add in to the wet ingredients and stir until well mixed. Throw the peaches and walnuts in.
  3. Heat up your waffle iron and pour in the batter when ready. Cooking for about four minutes or so. Once the last waffle is finished serve warm!
