  1. First mix the miso paste with some soy sauce and rice vinegar. I added in the minced garlic and diced onions, along with the chopped fresh cilantro. If the sauce is too thick you can always add a few teaspoons of water until it reaches the consistency you are going for. Red pepper flakes are optional if you like a little heat to your food.
  2. Marinate the tuna steaks with some of the sauce, then save the rest for the pasta. Cook the soba noodles separately and add in some edamame.
  3. Sear the tuna by cooking just 2 minutes per side, depending on how rare you like it. Remove once done and serve hot!
