  1. Prep the fruit toppings first and set aside.
  2. Blend together avocado, greek yogurt, banana, milk and spirulina until smooth and then pour in a bowl. Top with the sliced fresh fruit and some hemp seeds.

I chose a vanilla flavor for my Greek yogurt, but plain works too!
