Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl for 30 second intervals, stirring in-between. Once completely melted pour the chocolate over the prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle the nuts and fruit over the top and slightly press them in to the chocolate. Place in the freezer for at least half an hour.
Once hardened just cut up or break into pieces! Can be stored in a cool place.
Fresh pomegranates can be used in place of the dried cranberries.
