Cardio Kick Routine

Find it hard to get that cardio in?

Sometimes when you are getting ready to start a workout you just don’t feel like ramping it up for a full blown cardio routine. This can keep you from burning those calories you really want to torch off. Do you get sick of jumping jacks, high knees and mountain climbers? Starting kicking instead!

Get in a powerful lower body workout with this cardio kick series! This routine covers the basics and challenges your core with proper form. Plus, you get to lean out and sculpt those legs!

**First 2 minutes are demonstrations for correct form**
Routine Breakdown:
– WARM UP: knee up front/side/back x 10 each R/L

– front kick x 10 R/L
– side kick x 10 R/L
– back kick x 10 R/L

– traveling roundhouse kick x 10 R/L
– sliding roundhouse kick x 10 R/L
– roundhouse low kick to high kick x 10 R/L
